Ages 8–12
Inspired by the dialogical tradition of philosophy begun by Socrates in Athens 2,500 years ago, children will get the chance to think together about some of life’s biggest questions. In each 1-hour session, they will hear a short story on a topic, and then, with a trained children's philosopher, they will explore the philosophical problem. They will consider questions such as: ‘Can you step in the same river twice?’ and ‘What does an equal world look like?’ and leave with new friends, new ideas and even more questions!

Maximum 10 spots available. Workshop sessions proceed with at least 2 children signed up. With any fewer per session, Paper Moon Books reserves the right to cancel or adjust the schedule accordingly.
